Before your credit card is billed, we will check stock on the item. If for some reason we are not reasonably certain you will receive your order within 10 business days, we will email you with an estimated delivery date and give you the chance to confirm the order. You may also choose "Pick Up In Store" upon checkout if you wish to pick up your order at Fifth Floor and you will not be charged for shipping. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require expedited service

Fifth Floor will accept credit cards as payment when the billing name and address match that of the credit card used for payment. Fifth Floor reserves the right to cancel any order where this does not occur.

No returns accepted on Special Orders.
Fifth Floor accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for store credit only.
Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in you return package. Sale items & special orders are non-refundable.
Your return must be accompanied by your receipt. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to Fifth Floor.
